Anyone adding a Hazardous Materials endorsement for the first time to their CDL must complete 3 requirements:
- Complete theory ELDT requirements
- Successfully complete Alaska knowledge examination
- Complete fingerprinting background check (additional cost of $86.50)

You will receive an certificate of completion and your training will be entered into the Training Provider Registry. You can then complete your knowledge exam.
