*Dates are subject to change. One on one driving is scheduled by appointment. Classroom instruction in a group setting, on-on-one driving lessons by appointment. Valid Alaska learner’s permit required for driving lessons. State of Alaska requires drivers under 18 hold their permit for 6 months and be 16 years prior to taking the road skills exam.
KPDI is an approved vendor for driver’s education programs with KPBSD Connections and IDEA homeschool programs.
Courses have a 14 day reschedule/cancellation policy (see our Class D Registration Form for more information). Lessons & exams have a 48 hour reschedule/cancellation policy.
All prices do not include sales tax. Discount programs do not apply to New Driver Courses or Road Exams. All appointments have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Cancellations/reschedules less than 48 hours prior to training or exams will not be refunded or applied to future appointments. All new driver driving courses must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Students wishing to withdraw from a new driver course must give 2 weeks notice. Rescheduling is at the discretion of KPDI. Driving lessons may be cancelled/rescheduled once due to unforeseen circumstances. Additional cancellations or rescheduled driving lessons may result in additional fees.
