Role and Responsibilities:
The primary role of instructors & examiners is to instruct and coach new commercial drivers to give them the most training and experience to achieve success in the truck driving field.
Schedule:
Our training team works Monday-Friday from 8-5.
Full time, Part Time, rotational & year round positions available. Seasonal positions also available!

Requirements: Class A CDL without restrictions. DOT Medical Certificate. Routine DOT drug screenings. FMCSA Clearinghouse Enrollment. Class A CDL for 3 of the last 7 years.

DMV Customer Service Representative
We are a family-owned business located in the heart of Kenai that provides a multitude of services for our community, such as privatized DMV services, fingerprinting, driver education and CDL training enrollment services. Roles and Responsibilities: The primary role of the position is going to be greeting and assisting customers with their DMV needs. These types of transactions include but are not limited to: Greeting Customers Assisting with forms and documents Processing DMV transactions such as licensing, titles, registrations, etc. Answering Phones Assisting the team with general office tasks Driver Education Scheduling This position requires thorough attention to detail, a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers, the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with personal information, and the willingness to adhere to statutes and laws regarding DMV processes. Schedule: Our DMV services office is open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Be at least 18 years old Pass a background check including fingerprinting. Valid Alaska Driver’s license High School Diploma or equivalent Able to comply with state and federal regulations and rules Banking experience including cash handling and Point of Sale Systems Computer experience including software systems, Windows and Microsoft Office Be eager to learn as well as a hard worker Be a self-starter and someone who sees each project through. Work together as a team and individually Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor. Problem-solving techniques is a must as well as conflict resolution. Preferred Skills Proficient typing skills – Typing speed of at least 60 wpm. The ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with customers as well as work to complete sales Basic cash handling. Understanding of Polices and Procedures as taught by our staff. Sales experience. Additional Notes This position can be part-time or full time. Merit increases are based on performance.
